DUNCAN - The Mustang Broncos defeated the Fletcher Wildcats, 11-1 in four innings in the Duncan SOI opener and dropped their second game to Duncan, 8-0 on Thursday.

Mustang totaled 11 hits in the win over Fletcher, led by Cade Fulton who went 3-for-3 at the plate with three RBIs. Tyler Goble went three-for-three with a pair of runs as well while Skyler Fuller went two-for-two with a pair of runs from the leadoff spot.

Caden Landers picked up the win for Mustang, giving up one earned run over three innings with four strikeouts.  John McInturff recorded the final three outs in order to cap the win.

Duncan 8, Mustang 0

Mustang committed six errors in their 8-0, five-inning loss to the Duncan Demons.

Duncan scored all eight of their runs in the final three frames as they handed Mustang its seventh loss of the season.

Austin O’Bannon took the loss for Mustang, giving up three unearned runs over four innings with four strikeouts. Jakob Webb finished the game giving up five runs, three unearned, with a strikeout in the final frame.

Duncan starter, John Campbell, held the Broncos to just four hits over five complete. Austin Roberts went one-for-two at the plate with a double.

Mustang moved to 10-7 and continues play at the Duncan SOI today against the Washington Warriors at 2:00 p.m. and will round up the tournament on Saturday. Mustang returns home on Monday against Lawton at 5:00 p.m.
