Jack-in-the-Box will be opening its doors in Mustang soon.

The restaurant is anticipating a Nov. 11 opening at its new location at 1021 E. State Highway 152. It will be the eighth Jack-in-the-Box location in the great Oklahoma City metro area.

"We plan on being a 24 hour restaurant like our other locations, but we will operate until 10 p.m. during the first three weeks of operation," said Mike Salous, the Jack-in-the-Box Franchise Operator in Oklahoma City. "We just want to make sure that everything is ready for our night shift crew."

Plans for the restaurant were submitted to the City in April with the final approval being submitted in May. The restaurant will employee between 40 and 50 people and training has begun this week and will continue until the opening day.

According to their website, Jack-in-the-Box offers a menu with a large variety of items, ranging from burgers, chicken sandwiches, to tacos, salads and even breakfast items.

The new location will show Mustang Bronco bride, Salous said.

"We have a very big mural inside the restaurant for the Mustang Broncos," he said.
